Marsha Rosenberg, Speech and Language Pathologist.

A long time resident of Japan, Marsha Rosenberg is a speech and language specialist with a master`s in speech, language and hearing pathology. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech and Hearing Association and is licensed by the State of Ohio.

The EPP (Exceptional Parenting Program) 

TELL Exceptional Parenting ProgramThe Exceptional Parenting Program, which runs from October to May, features six or more presentations by English speakers from a variety of disciplines and takes place at in Minami Aoyama, Tokyo.   The workshops are centered on providing insightful, practical information to increase awareness and understanding of various issues associated with raising and educating a child with learning differences/diverse needs. The workshops are free of charge, but donations are highly appreciated to support future EPP workshops.

Panelists:
Marsha Rosenberg
A longtime resident of Japan, Marsha is a speech and language specialist with a master’s in speech, language and hearing pathology. She holds a certificate of clinical competence from the American Speech and Hearing Association and is licensed by the state of Ohio. She is a specialist in early-childhood language acquisition and bilingualism, and she and her husband raised their children bilingually.
Yoshihiro Odagiri
A bilingual psychotherapist, Yoshi attended the Nishimachi School before studying at Kanto Gakuin University in Yokohama Japan. He received his master’s in counseling psychology from Multnomah University in Portland, Oregon. He is a member of TELL’s corporate outreach team and provides volunteer services for at-risk groups throughout Tokyo.
Patricia O’Keefe
As the founder and executive director of Global Elite Scholars, a US collegiate consulting firm, Patricia advises students from China, Taiwan and Japan on the US collegiate admissions process. She speaks at more than 20 colleges and universities a year. A former foreign student and global nomad, she is a strong proponent of bilingual education.
Betsy Rogers
An American longtime Japan resident, Betsy holds a degree in Asian studies and a master’s in international relations and public policy. With four children, she has experience of school systems in the US and Japan and raising her children bilingually. She is the organizer of this annual Women’s Group panel discussion.
